These are powered by DC microgrids and are cost-effective and efficient solutions to combine renewable energy, BESS, and EV Charging. They can assist in the conversion of power from your local/onsite renewable source into reliable electricity for your facility and connect to the grid with ease.

  • EV DC Fast Chargers: Ultra-fast DC EV charging stations with the potential for onsite power. Our platform design enables easy and efficient scaling to meet the demands of the growing EV market.

Job Summary:

As a vital part of Proventus Global's mission to deliver forward-thinking energy solutions, we are currently seeking a highly skilled Director of Manufacturing. This strategic role requires a seasoned professional who is well-versed in overseeing manufacturing operations and can direct our robust production strategy.

Responsibilities:

  • Forge and execute comprehensive manufacturing strategies, guiding the production direction of our groundbreaking energy solutions.

  • Supervise, conduct, and assess production processes, utilizing your extensive knowledge of manufacturing systems to optimize product quality and cost-effectiveness.

  • Implement structured and proactive problem-solving approaches, foreseeing potential challenges and resolving them in their initial stages.

  • Develop and implement processes for manufacturing at different levels for custom power electronic products.

  • Foster productive collaboration with R&D, supply chain, and quality teams, contributing your distinctive expertise to shape our strategic growth and product enhancements.

  • Work with the R&D team to take a design concept through to manufacturing in a custom facility for large scale assembly.

Qualifications:

  • A Master's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field is preferred. A Ph.D. will be considered as a significant advantage.

  • Proven experience in manufacturing management, particularly within the energy sector.

  • Demonstrated proficiency in manufacturing software, product lifecycle management (PLM), and lean manufacturing principles.

  • A substantial track record showcasing structured and strategic problem-solving, particularly in a complex and high-stakes environment.

  • Exceptional communication skills that foster clear and efficient information exchange within teams and across various departments or stakeholders.

  • Adept at leading collaborative efforts, possessing strong project management skills, and an ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

  • You are extremely detail-oriented, which is integral in every organization, particularly in job role optimization.

  • Familiar with digital twinning of manufacturing facilities.
